Our executive chef, offers participation & demonstration cooking class parties tailored to your needs. We design and teach customized classes for both small & large groups, for kids and adults alike.
Hands on Cooking Class: 4 hours 5person min– 10person max $95.00/pp
Our most popular session! Guided by our executive Chef, guests prepare a 3 or 4 course meal at our cooking stations. Guests are provided an apron, recipes, ingredients an all the cookware & accessories needed for each recipe. Menus are chosen by you; the host from a selection of available options. Perfect for team building, entertaining, spouse activities and social group gatherings.
Kid & Teen Weekend Culinary Classes: Cooking classes specifically designed for kids and teens.
Specific for kids (9-12), Teens (13-17), or mixed (9-17)
Classes are held x1 a week for 8 weeks
. Each class the child will prepare 1-2 new recipes. At the end of their class they will dine on their newest creations. Classes are limited to 5 students per class. A Mystic Regale graduation certificate will be presented upon completion of this course.

Teen Chef Bootcamp: $395 +tax material fee: $115+tax
In this teen chef training program we will take you beyond any cooking class you have taken in the past. During each class you will be dressed in Chef Whites, checked pants & a chef's hat, you will study & be challenged to create dishes just like the pros.
During each class session, we have combined both SKILL INSTRUCTION & COOKING APPLICATION.
Each class will be filled with exercises, you will be busy. The 8th and final class is designed as a DINNER SERVICE: here your invited family members will dine on the fruits of your labour. This program is not meant for everyone. If you are 13-18 years old, you are mature and will respect the dangers within a professional kitchen environment, then this program is for you.
