GOLD PACKAGE:

This package is designed for the couple that know they want assistance at every step of the wedding planning process. This package is unlimited in regards to the amount of time spent in the planning and coordinating process. Essentially every item detailed below is included in the package without any timing limits.

This includes:

All pre-planning (concept design & budget), full wedding day service, dinner/reception coverage, elaborate decor set-up and tear down, all pre-wedding on site visits.

SILVER PACKAGE:

This is a package designed for the couple who would like to have one on one contact with Mystic Regale throughout the wedding planning process. Mystic Regale will be there to assist at any point with suggestions on who to book, what package to book, schedule of the day, etiquette etc. With this package, once the couple has decided on what they would like, Mystic Regale will then book the venue/vendor for the couple. With this being said, if at any point the couple would prefer to deal with any venue/vendor directly, this is completely acceptable.

This includes:

All of the details listed below in the Wedding Day only package (not including the dinner/reception coverage or the laborate decor set up). in addition to:

10 hours of pre-planning is included in this package which includes:booking of venues and vendors, finalize details with the venues and vendors, scheduling of the Wedding Day.

** Services that may be added: dinner/reception coverage, elaborate decor set up and tear down, pre-wedding On site visit, additional planning hours

BRONZE PACKAGE:

This package is designed for the couple that have planned & organized their own wedding, bout would like somone to oversee everything on the actual wedding day.

Upon booking: An initial consultation; to offer the couple any advice on venues and vendors

One month prior to the wedding date: The couple will supply Mystic Regale with a detailed list of the vendors hired for the wedding day and the packages booked. Mystic Regale will then be able to see if there are any times that have been missed and will advise the couple on this. The wedding planner will also put together a detailed wedding day schedule to work with.

One week prior to the wedding: Mystic Regale will attend all final meetings with the couple prior to the wedding ie: photographer, florist etc

Prior to wedding: Mystic Regale will attend the rehearsal and offer any advice needed. this offers the wedding planner an opportunity to meet with the friends and family that are involved in the wedding.

Wedding Day service: Includes up to 8 hours on the Wedding Day. Mystic Regale staff will arrive 2 hours prior to the ceremony to oversee the arrival of the flowers, decor etc. Closer to the ceremony time they will organize th ceremony site, and let the photographer, videographer & officiant know where their places are. They will also answer any questions the wedding vendors have. Once it is determined that all of the guests have arrived, Mystic Regale will escort the bride to the ceremony site and coordinate the processional so that everything runs smoothly. After the ceremony, the wedding planner will asssist with photos as well as the set up of the reception site (small decor items such as favours, guest book)

With this package Mystic Regale will leave once the first course at dinner is served and once it has been verified that the Maitre D' for the evening has no further questions for the bride and groom.

Let us put you well on your way to planning your wedding with this two-hour service that includes: initial budget worksheet, vendor referrals, wedding worksheets that will assist you throughout all stages of your wedding plus an idea and organization planning session

Chocolate Fountain Packages

The chocolate used in our fountains is the finest Belgian chocolate, we never re-use any chocolate and we are more than willing to provide the left over chocolate for you at the end of the event, all you have to do is supply us a container to put the chocolate in.The most popular chocolate flavours are: milk, dark and white chocolate.
